1. Who We Are DO IT. EAT is a UK-based food business offering street food-style catering and private events through the following concepts: - do it. greek - Greek charcoal BBQ - do it. italian - Italian-inspired open-air cooking - do it. jerk - Caribbean-style jerk cooking We operate from pop-up gazebos, private venues, and event spaces across the UK.

 

2. Bookings & Payments - All event bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or the website. - A deposit (typically 25-50%) may be required to secure your date. - Full payment is required no later than 7 days before your event unless otherwise agreed. - Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or other approved methods.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event may be eligible for a refund of your deposit. - Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable, as we will have secured stock and staff. - In the rare case that DO IT. EAT must cancel, a full refund will be issued immediately, and we'll assist in finding an alternative provider where possible.

 

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies We take dietary needs seriously and offer vegetarian and gluten-free options where possible. However, as our food is prepared in open environments, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free menu. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

 

5.
